WHO ARE WE?
Dive2gether is a PADI 5-star IDC centre, PADI ECO centre, and a Mare Mundi field station for marine research and education. We stand for high quality diver education, and issue 1000+ certifications every year. We teach in a private ratio of 1-4 students per instructor, and make sure students are always comfortable and capable. We are a reputable organisation whose excellent care for its employees has allowed a small, family run diving school to grow into one of the biggest diving schools in Greece.

Our team is young, international, energetic, highly motivated and - above all - social! Without exception, all of us have left family and friends behind to work a season on Crete and enjoy the diving lifestyle. With such a big crew, you will feel right at home and find friends from the first day!

Our culture of care:

-
Staff - we care for our 'crew', with good working and living conditions and weekly meetings to secure continued communication from both sides. All crew is offered continued education and development within the company, and can dive for free on days off.
-
Guests - we receive our guests as friends. We do things a bit differently here, with a slower pace to prioritise personal attention and social connection between crew and guests. All guests, their family and friends are invited to our weekly dinner social hosted by the crew. We are looking for social staff who want to forge real connections and give the best possible experience.
-
Environment - we are environmentally conscious and actively reach out to spread awareness of the value of what lies underwater, and the need for its protection.
-
Equipment - everything is serviced on time and kept in great condition by our experienced in-house technicians.
