ABOUT YOU

Are you a diving instructor ready to develop your coaching and leadership skills by supporting and guiding newer instructors? Have you spent the last few years building your experience at a diving school and are now looking for a different operation where you can grow into a management role? Are you interested in joining an eco-minded diving school that follows PADI standards and values high-quality service with small ratios?

Then we might be looking for you!

We are looking for a passionate experienced PADI Instructor who dreams of combining hands-on teaching with long-term career growth within an eco-driven dive operation where conservation, education, and unforgettable experiences go hand in hand.

In this role, you will continue doing what you love most — diving and teaching — while expanding your skills and responsibilities over time.

You will:

  • Teach a wide range of PADI courses and specialties to enthusiastic students

  • Guide certified divers on unforgettable boat and shore dives

  • Be in the water regularly, sharing your passion for the ocean

At the same time, you will be supported in a long-term development path, with clear opportunities to progress into leadership and management roles where you will:

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of up to 20 PADI instructors, divemasters, and marine biologists

  • Coach and mentor team members, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism

  • Help shape the future of the operation by strengthening management, setting goals, and consistently exceeding them

If you’re looking for more than just another instructor position — and instead want a career path, leadership opportunities, and a lifestyle built around diving — this could be your perfect next step.

Our culture of care:

  • Staff - we care for our 'crew', with good working and living conditions and weekly meetings to secure continued communication from both sides. All crew is offered continued education and development within the company, and can dive for free on days off.

  • Guests - we receive our guests as friends. We do things a bit differently here, with a slower pace to prioritise personal attention and social connection between crew and guests. All guests, their family and friends are invited to our weekly dinner social hosted by the crew. We are looking for social staff who want to forge real connections and give the best possible experience.

  • Environment - we are environmentally conscious and actively reach out to spread awareness of the value of what lies underwater, and the need for its protection.

  • Equipment - everything is serviced on time and kept in great condition by our experienced in-house technicians.

Arrive to get the centre up and running by preparing gear and training fresh new instructors in a range of specialties, as well as making sure their open water courses are perfected before we start welcoming guests.

Our busiest, sunniest months kick off with holiday-goers coming to try diving and get certified, and our long-term bootcampers working towards individual goals. Teach courses, specialties, oversee and manage the development of our professional bootcamp interns, and keep the team running smoothly.

Lead the team through autumn university field course trips, press visits, and prepare our divemasters and potential new staff instructors for the upcoming IDC.
