If you think the Mediterranean Sea is just a boring “blue desert”, you are looking at it all wrong. Sure, we don’t have giant colorful coral reefs or massive whale sharks, but if you give it a chance, the Mediterranean Sea will reward you with plenty of reasons to fall in love with it! Let us share a few of the reasons we love this magical place:
Perfect visibility – Thanks to off-land winds our visibility regularly hits 40+ meters, anything under 30 meters is considered a low visibility day! When you hover over one of our massive vertical drop-offs and stare into the vast shades of blue, you’ll feel like an astronaut flying through space.
Dramatic and diverse landscapes – Our underwater landscapes are too diverse to ever get boring. You can hover over sandy ground and play with curious pufferfish, swim through massive underwater canyons, glide over ancient sea grass meadows, discover colorful life hidden on mesmerizing walls or explore what lies at the bottom of our dramatic drop-offs. In the Mediterranean Sea you definitely won’t get bored!

Education – The Mediterranean Sea is great for honing your scuba skills. With calm conditions and no potentially dangerous wildlife around, you can fully focus on becoming a better diver and learning new things. As a 5-star Instructor Development Center, education is our specialty, so let us help you level up your skills!
Underwater treasure hunt – Everyone can spot a whale shark. But only skilled divers are able to spot a camouflaged octopus in its den, a scorpionfish that looks like a rock or a teeny tiny nudibranch. If you don’t treat dives like underwater sightseeing tours where you quickly tick off the main attractions and instead see them as treasure hunts, every dive becomes an adventure!

Citizen Science – We don’t just look at the sea, we understand it. In 2016 we founded a field station to give back to the environment we love so much. We started a successful seagrass reforestation program and now we offer our guests a chance to participate in our research and conservation efforts and learn from our in-house marine biologists.
Mindset matters – It’s easy to get caught up in the pressure of having to tick off a bucket list of big animals that will impress your friends back home. But do you really want to feel disappointed after a dive just because you couldn’t tick a new animal off your bucket list or do you want to be able to enjoy diving for the sake of diving?
On your next dive, instead of treating your passion like a chore, try to enjoy the small things that made you fall in love with diving in the first place. Notice how the sunrays beam through the water into the beautiful deep shades of blue under you, enjoy the glittering surface above you, listen to the sound of your bubbles and enjoy the feeling of flying.
The Mediterranean Sea is a wonderful environment where we dive with the mindset that the dive itself is the special event. Every cool animal or plant we see is just a cherry on top.
As diving professionals, we could work anywhere in the world, but we chose this place. Let us show you why and book a truly unforgettable experience right here!
